This is a legal agreement between you and SEGA. If you have any questions about this agreement, you can reach SEGA at 27 Great West Road, Brentford, Middlesex, TW8 9BW, England, Attn. The products that are subject to this license are referred to in this license as the Game Software, Editors, Additional Content, Physical Materials and Key Code (each as defined below) and collectively as the “ Product”. SEGA CORPORATION of 1-1-1 Nishi-Shinagawa, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, 141-0033, Japan and its affiliated companies (collectively, “ SEGA” or “ We”) reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR RESIDENTS IN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA ONLY: THIS AGREEMENT IS SUBJECT TO BINDING ARBITRATION AND A WAIVER OF CLASS ACTION RIGHTS AS DETAILED IN SECTION 19 BELOW.
